So I do not EVER write reviews. I want to thank the ENTIRE dealership here in Albemarle for the most excellent service I have ever been given anywhere as a customer. They honestly took care of me like I was family. I bought a brand new 2017 White accord sport. Few days after I took it home I washed it and noticed small rust spots in the paint all over the car. Needless to say I was devastated!! Long story short I felt like the entire dealership was there to support me from the General Manager Brian Dixon who kept in close contact with me every step of the way to my 2 sales guys Matt Worley and Chris Caudle and all the other sales guys helping out and talking with us and making us feel comfortable also the Service guy Eric Kimrey and the Finance Manager Scott Apsega who handled all our paperwork thank you. These guys all jumped on my problem very quickly and we were able to resolve the issue. I am happy to say I received a New 2017 black accord Sport SE in wonderful condition and I could not be happier. Words can not express how wonderful these people were to me and my family. It was amazing to see so many people working together on this. As long as I own a Honda I will ALWAYS buy from them. Thank you to everyone at Tim Marburger Honda of Albemarle. Truly the best car buying experience.
Bad experience. Felt like being forced into a timeshare. Asked for my keys (from them doing an assessment of my trade) . No one knew where they were or where my car was. Beware! The dealership also wanted to run our credit before we even test drove. Be cautious and don't accept being bullied.
Very awesome place to buy a vehicle. Our salesman Ren Barbee did an awesome job of getting me into a Chevy Silverado today. I would recommend this place to ANY of my friends or family. Great vehicles and great customer service. Thanks a lot Ren Barbee I love my truck... thanks Damion
