I came here to get an oil change for my car and was pleasantly surprised by the staff here. They were very helpful in getting the job done quickly as well as giving me some advice for future care and maintenance. They are very decently priced and will definitely go back for my next maintenance.
Usually I don't write reviews, but I was so pleased with my experience at the dealership that I felt I had to. I'd never purchased a newer car before, although I'd seen my parents go through the process many times and it always ended up being an all day venture of haggling and avoiding being taken advantage of by salesmen at big dealerships. I never once got that feeling here. Immediately, Max, my salesman, was completely upfront and relatable, and I never felt like there was any shadiness behind the deal. I told him my price and down payment, and where I'd like to have my monthly payments, and he worked to get me exactly what I wanted. I'd been looking at cars for a while, and other dealerships in Charlotte and the surrounding area were willing to get me a car, sure, but they also wanted a piece of my soul in return, i.e. outrageous down payments and ridiculously high interest rates. At Sunbelt, I felt good about my decision, I was taken care of by an amazing staff, and my car came with a warranty package that made me feel secure in buying from them. I've already told all of my family and friends about them, and encouraged them to check out this dealership first should they need a car, so you should too, I don't think you'll be disappointed.
