Just got off the phone. When I called them up to ask about pricing of a car that has been on the lot a long time I was rudely and abruptly hung up on with the comment of " that's the price out the door, if you don't like it, buy somewhere else." After I had asked what all goes into the doc fee. I have had more than plenty of calls to dealerships when looking for cars and I must say, I have never received such treatment.
This 5 star rating goes to Ric Morrison and 740 Motors! I had the privilege of buying a vehicle from them and Ric is as honest as they come, a true miracle worker, bent over backwards and went out of his way to make this transaction not only go through but go as smoothly as possible. The vehicle was priced below other dealerships and in pristine condition- looks and drives likes it's brand new (and I did my own homework/research, read reviews, pulled my own Carfax report, NHTSA etc.- I did not walk in blindly). Thank you Ric for everything! I love my BMW!!!
Good clean cars great prices i understand they don't have a crystal ball an have no idea when a used car may have issues but thus far my experience has been great an will diffantly continue to do business with them in the future an would recommend them to anyone..
I bought a used Audi s4 here a few months back. I definitely expected a few problems but nothing like what is has been. I was told my car was looked over “with a fine tooth comb” after 5 DAYS it broke down on the highway, because “ex mechanic” Kris didn’t correctly install spark plugs and failed to notice a head gasket leak. Two stars is only because I like my car, even though I have spent $5k in repairs in the 7 months I’ve had it. Save yourself the hassle and go for dealership pre owned.
We recently purchased our Toyota Sienna from 740 Motors and could not be HAPPIER!!! We are absolutely in LOVE! It was amazingly clean and it runs like it's brand new. Our salesman was Rick, and he was wonderful! He was very helpful, honest, and he had such a great personality! It is impossible to find good loyal customer service these days but this place has got the whole package. Would recommend to anyone who wants a great car with amazing service to go with it.
And for the record I did like the price, but I did not like him.
Edit: yes it was cover gasket my mistake, but this is news I’m hearing of a warranty. As far as I was aware when I bought my car there wasn’t one.
If you are weak he will be nice, if you ask questions and see if the price is firm, he will be mean. Buy from somewhere more professional where you don't feel how you are treated is a second priority.
