Great low-pressure customer service (if you're someone likes me who hates aggressive sales techniques). I've officially had my car for two months now, and I couldn't be happier with it. I was in a bind when I totaled my old car and needed to find a new one as soon as possible, but one that also fit the make, etc that I wanted and within my budget. Adam and Nick were SO nice, extremely helpful and willing to help me. After going to them, I wanted to see my options so I went to a dealership, where I felt pressured and felt like I was being persuaded to buy a car before I even drove it. Nick and Adam were the opposite - they were so patient and never pressured me. They even let me drive the car to Charlotte (an hour from their shop) and keep it OVERNIGHT when I was testing it. On top of all of that, the car was also in great shape, I am so happy with it. They filled mine with gas on the day I went to pick it up, which was a nice additional touch. My family will definitely use them again in the future and I have already been recommending them to my coworkers and friends.
