Food was fine, but service was really slow at this location, even in drive-thru. Maybe just a bad day.

Love Sonic for a quick place to grab a bite while out and about. Love the grilled chicken classic sandwich.
I usually don't write reviews, but I felt as if I've finally had enough of this trashy place and it needs to be done. I've been to this sonic millions of times and only recently has it gotten bad. They mess up every order and blame it on "oh we're just so busy." Not acceptable. Just sat in line for 15-20 minutes waiting on custards and got handed what looked like milkshakes. The young little thug that made them thought it was funny when we came back up there and asked for a refund. When we came back, we were only told "sorry it's runny, we're so busy our machines can't keep up" .... lol. You guys need better management/staff. Because I don't think it's your machines, it the people who work there. Definitely not coming back and will let everyone know how bad this place is going down hill.
Such great service every time we go! Love this place and the great staff.
