Most of the time we get packages the day after they are to be delivered according to their own tracking. Once I tracked the carrier down because it was said to be "out for delivery" and she left a few envelopes in our box but left no package--it was time sensitive. She had the packages, claiming that she was going to come back to deliver them. We considered that to be fabricated since we rarely get packages when tracking said they would be delivered.
I have never had a pleasant experience with them. Everything is an issue and the people there don't want to put any effort into solving an issue. I'm tempeted to spend the extra money to get a P.O. box from some where.

Today, we had 3 gifts arriving for a birthday party we planned to leave early Saturday morning. The packages were "out for delivery" but we go no package. So we tried calling the Post Office. The phone had been taken off the hook (we assumed) because it was busy all day. I drove to the post office, and they said the package was out with the delivery person. We were told to come back at 6 pm to pick it up.
It sucks! Can never get them on the phone. Phone line is always busy. Also some of the mail carriers are rude and lazy.
