Bottom line is they are HORRIBLE at communicating installations and finishing the job. DO NOT USE THEM FOR INSTALLATIONS. THEY USE THIRD PARTY INSTALLERS. THEY DONT CUMMUNCATE WELL AND YOU WILL END UP IN A BUNCH OF KAOS.
The guy making copies of my keys was condescending and didn't know what he was doing. He also stopped to carry on conversations with his co-workers that were not work related instead of finishing up my copies. It literally took 20 minutes to have one copy of a key made because of his incompetence.
Sorry customer service!!!! Had to wait to get service while the 2 employees stood there talking to each other.bought a stove supposed to be next day delivery if purchased over $400 well that wasn't going to happen it was going to be 4 days later.so I just went and pick the damn stove up myself. No discount for me picking up stove...not very professional at all...
I bought carpet, vinyl floors, countertops, and all new appliances. Over $10,000. The coordination of installation has been a disaster. The first floor contractor came out and didnt even know how to install the vinyl I purchased. We had to reschedule. The second time they came out, they did not have enough product to finish the job. To this day, my floors are still incomplete. Today, they missed their appointment. NO SHOW, NO CALL. It took 8 weeks to get a countertop installation date. YET ANOTHER DISASTER. The installer showed up 2 hours late and didnt know anything about the bathroom countertops. He also informed me that he wasnt responsible for removing the old countertops and I needed to hire a plumber to connect the sinks back to he water lines. So, the countertop appointment was a total bust. I drove to the store to meet the store manager in Albemarle. I also met the kitchen specialist. Both of them seemed lost in the mix of things. I LEFT THE STORE IN DISGUST. PURE KAOS !!
I have been pleased with this Lowe's store. I ordered some work at my house and was pleased with it. I have also bought other things here. They are helpful and responsive to the customer.
Great experiance with one of the staff. Man named Dwyte(Hope I spelled it right) was very helpfull and recommend him to all clients.
