I called at 11:00 a.m. and made an appointment for 11:30. When I got here at 11:30, the woman working here TD me it would be "just a couple minutes" which eventually turned into 25+ minutes!! Then she told me that the customer that was already getting her hair cut " was already here at 11:00" ok fine, but why schedule me at 11:30 knowing that I wasn't going to even get in the chair until ATLEAST noon?! Anyways, not happy at ALL with my experience at this salon!!?
