I cannot even begin to say enough GREAT things about this florist. I live out of the area so I googled florist in Albemarle and Designed Memories along with 4 or 5 other florists came up. I noticed that Designed Memories was the only one who did not have a website so I read the online reviews (as I am one who always reads the online reviews) and decided to give them a call. I was looking to send a "memorial tree" to a friend who had just lost their newborn son. The lady that answered the phone said they did not have "trees" in stock but after hearing why I was looking to send one, she talked with the owner and said that the owner would go to a local nursery and buy a tree and deliver it to my friend. I was totally speechless to hear how willing she was to help me out in this situation. No sooner than the tree was delivered my friend called to tell me how beautiful it was and to thank me over and over again for such a thoughtful gift. I couldn't have done it without Designed Memories. They are by far a top notch business who I will definitely do business with again. 5 stars is definitely not enough to describe this business...they need 10 stars!! Thank you again for being so willing to help me out!!!

An arrangement with roses and carnations was requested for my mother's birthday. Arrangement delivered only contained 12 carnations and lots of filler, with no roses. When my mother called the shop to ask about delivery the woman who answered the phone was very rude and indicated that her delivery would not happen on the day that it was scheduled by saying "Well that ain't gonna happen". Poor customer service and skimpy arrangement will ensure that we tell our family never to use this florist again.
Wonderful experience. I live in Massachusetts and was ordering last-minute special flowers for a parent's big milestone birthday. The owner went WAY out of her way to help meet all my needs. Every time I hesitated and then asked whether a thing could be done, it certainly could, and then some. I will definitely be a repeat customer. The service here is beyond compare. Thanks!
