The staff and manager all know to make you feel special and will go to very extent to make you feel happy about your visit.
Used my pro card and traded two games in on a used game they told me I still have to pay the non pro price even tho my card is still up to date
Representatives were helpful and friendly. Found what I was looking for and at a lower price too!
INSANELY helpful staff!!! The manager there is very knowledgeable and super willing to help. It's not like most GameStop stores where they are only helpful if you want to pre-order something. He was legitimately interested in what I was looking for and helped me pick out some really good games.
