I was stuck needing new tires and had to wait on a delivery. Mr Burris bought me lunch and made the wait an OK experience.
I went here for tire rotation, alignment and oil change. I got royally ripped off. They left my lights on while they did the work and ran my battery down so low that I had to get a tow at my next stop because my car wouldn't start. After my batter was charged I drove down a straight way only to notice my car was veering right severely. I am smart enough to see that the alignment was not done properly and was off bad. I called Rick the mgr there and he said to bring it back to him and he would check it out and make sure it was right. When I got there he told me there was nothing wrong with the alignment and it drove straight. I said lets drive it and I'll show you. He drove while I rode in the passenger seat. He tried to move the wheel to make it look like it wasn't veering. I told him to keep his foot of the gas and let the steering wheel go and then it was obvious he could see the car veered right. Then he tried to tell me it was normal for a car to veer so far to the right after a correct alignment. I knew this was untrue. In fact I told him the last time they aligned my car it was good. I then asked him for a refund for the alignment and he said he wouldn't give it to me because he thought I just wanted a refund for the tow. I had not asked him for a refund for the tow. I wanted a refund for work not done. He insisted he would not give me a refund. When we returned from our drive back to this shop he told me that he would give me a refund if another alignment shop said the alignment was done incorrectly. I said ok put that in writing and he refused several times. I followed him into the shop entrance and he only decided to put it in writing when I told him in front of several employees that he would not want his wife or daughter treated like this.
The work was carried out professionally and i would absolutely recommend them.
I will not use this company again for any repair work and urge others not do do so. They will rip you off!
