Poor customer service. They had several vehicles on lot and would not let is upgrade our vehicle. I called several days out and then spoke with a female and she was pleasant and wanted to help us. When we got there, the guy was like I don't have anything. He had 3 vehicles. Only one was reserved.
Very Unprofessional! I have always used Enterprise but my Albemarle experience was very bad. I reserved a SUV to take my family to a wedding. They called me two hours before pickup and told me they rented it to someone else and that they couldn't find me another one at another location. I asked to speak to the manager and they told me to call the Concord office. I called Ashley, supposedly the district manager and they said she was busy and she never return my phone call. I ended up driving to Lexington to Enterprise to rent a minivan. Bad Experience with a company that advertises as family friendly!
I have rented several vehicles on different occasions with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The staff is neatly dressed and friendly to work with. The last rental was for my daughter; Nationwide paid for her to have a rental while her car was being fixed. They allowed her to rent a like-size and like-type vehicle until hers could be fixed. Gas tank was half full when we picked it up.
They do a great job. They are friendly and professional and really try to meet their customers needs.
Poor customer service.I was suppose to pick up my car on yesterday had made reservations on Friday to pick up on Monday, They had several vehicles on lot and would not put me in a vehicle. I have called several times today and was told that I would be put in a vehicle today before 12pm and here it is 1pm and still no vehicle they are very rude and un helpful there at the albemarle location and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. Yesterday When I got there, the guy was like I don't have anything. He had 3 vehicles on the lot, claim all of them was damage, told me I could go over an hour and get to another location and pick me up one.
