I have been a customer here for years. I've never done my banking anywhere else and within the past maybe 4-5 months I have started having a real problem with 2 particular employees. They have been making everything lengthy and difficult for me every time I go in. They are also very rude when working with me and talk with extremely "snobby" attitudes like they can't wait for me to leave. I have started to use the Wells Fargo in downtown Albemarle and that one is AMAZING they have wonderful customer service, speedy transactions, it's nicer, and bigger, and the women there are courteous with each and every transaction. Wells Fargo on 24/27 you need to step it up!!
